RewardIf is a digital loyalty platform for local businesses. It lets you run a stamp-card–style rewards program — entirely digital, no paper cards needed.
Businesses sign up, configure their promotions (e.g. "Buy 5 coffees, get 1 free"), and record customer visits through the admin dashboard. Customers can track their progress through a private customer portal linked to your business.
Click Get Started on the homepage and complete the business registration form. You'll need your business name, industry type, and contact email.
Once registered:
Your trial period lets you test everything before choosing a plan. No credit card is required to start.
Customers are added at the point of service — either by the staff member recording their visit, or by the customer self-registering via your portal link.

The portal is mobile-optimised and works in any browser — no app download is needed.
Go to Admin → Record Visit. The process takes under 10 seconds:
The visit is saved instantly and the customer's reward progress is updated in real time.
Promotions define the rules for rewards. You can create multiple promotions with different triggers:
Cumulative vs Single-visit:
When a promotion triggers, the system marks the visit as a "loyalty" or "complimentary" visit and the customer's free visit balance is updated automatically.
When recording a visit, the system will automatically flag if the customer has a free visit available. You'll see a green "Redeem free visit" option appear in the promotions panel.
Tick the checkbox to apply the redemption. The visit will be saved as complimentary with $0.00 charged, and the customer's free visit count is decremented.
Customers can also see their available free visits in their portal, so they know to mention it when they visit.

Billing is handled securely via Stripe. Your card is charged monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your admin dashboard.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Admin → Settings → Billing and follow the cancellation steps, or raise a support case below and we'll handle it for you.
After cancellation:
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" below the sign-in button. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a secure reset link.
The reset link expires after 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder. If it's still not there after a few minutes, raise a support case below and include your registered email address.
RewardIf supports SMS campaigns to engage your loyalty members. There are two billing models:
SMS campaigns can be sent to all opted-in customers, or filtered by visit frequency or promotion tier. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Yes. The Bookings feature allows customers to request appointments through your portal. You'll receive booking requests in the Admin → Bookings section where you can confirm, reschedule, or decline them.
Bookings are linked to your services, so customers can see what's available and pick a preferred date and time. Email confirmations are sent automatically.
This feature is available on plans that include feature_bookings. Check your plan details or contact support if you'd like it enabled.
With the Gift Cards feature enabled, you can issue digital gift cards from the Admin → Gift Cards page. Each gift card has a unique code and a set dollar value.
Customers can redeem gift cards at the point of sale — simply enter the gift card code when recording a visit. The system deducts the card's remaining balance from the transaction amount.
Gift cards are great for retail promotions, birthdays, and corporate gifting.
We take data security seriously. All data is stored in encrypted databases with restricted access. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
Each business's data is fully isolated — no other business can access your customer records. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.
